壓力釋放閥

　　1. 壓力釋放閥用途和性能

　　壓力釋放閥適用于油浸式電力變壓器、電力電容器及有載分接開(kāi)關(guān)等，用來(lái)保護油箱。

　　當油浸式變壓器在運行中出現故障時(shí)，由于線(xiàn)圈過(guò)熱，使一部分變壓器油汽化，變壓器油箱中壓力迅速增加，這時(shí)壓力釋放閥在2ms內迅速動(dòng)作，釋放壓力，保護油箱不致變形或爆裂。油箱內的壓力再升高而達到開(kāi)啟壓力時(shí)，壓力釋放閥應再次動(dòng)作，直到油箱內的壓力降到正常值。由于壓力釋放閥動(dòng)作后能可靠關(guān)閉，油箱外的水和空氣不能進(jìn)入油箱，變壓器內部不會(huì )受大氣污染。

　　1. Application and performance

　　Pressure release valves play a vital role in the protection of oil-immersed electrical equipments, such as transformers, high voltage switch gears, capacitor and on load tap-changers, etc. This device can prevent the oil-immersed electrical equipment from deformation or rupture. Should a fault occur in such electrical equipment, from deformation of rupture? Should a fault occurring in such electrical equipment, they are instantaneously vaporize the oil causing extremely rapid build-up of gaseous pressure? If mounting this type pressure release device on the oil-tank, when the pressure reaches to its opening pressure, it opens automatically within 2ms and relieves the pressure.

　　2壓力釋放閥的安裝與使用 Installation and operation

　　壓力釋放閥一般安裝在變壓器油箱蓋上或側壁上。

　　It should be mounted on the cover of side wall of the transformer tank.對于法蘭結構的壓力釋放閥，應配置法蘭底座。

　　The flange seat should be provided for mounting pressure release valves.

　　將變壓器本體上的安裝法蘭，蝶閥，壓力釋放閥的安裝螺栓孔對齊(蝶閥兩端的密封膠圈要放平放正)。Align the bolt holes of the flange the butterfly valve and the release valve on the transformer (the sealing rubber rings at both ends of the butterfly valve should be put correctly). 將各安裝螺紋擰緊。 Tighten the installation bolts.

　　2.1將壓力釋放閥噴口法蘭、變壓器本體排油管法蘭及中間密封墊孔對齊。Align the flange of the release valve, the flange of the discharging oil pipe on the transformer and the middle sealing ring. 將連接螺栓擰緊。Tighten the connection bolts.

　　3.1螺紋連接的釋放閥，在變壓器箱蓋上開(kāi)孔尺寸見(jiàn)表4，然后將產(chǎn)品配備的閥托焊上即可。

　　A connecting pressure release valve with screw, holes should be provided in the cover of transformer tank, the hole dimensions are in Table Ⅳ. The valve pad should be welded on the transformer. 將壓力釋放閥閥托焊在變壓器箱體開(kāi)口上

　　Weld the release valve seat to the open 鎖 帽 hole of the transformer box. Lock nut 將套有密封膠圈的壓力釋放 保護套 擰入閥托螺紋中，要注意密封膠圈的 protective cover 安裝質(zhì)量，要平整不漏油。 防雨帽 Turn the release valve with the sealing Rain shield rubber ring into the screw of the valve seat. 標示桿 Pay attention to the installation quality of Indicator the sealing rubber ring and there should be 閥蓋Valve lid no oil leakage. 閥罩每臺產(chǎn)品均配套有鎖帽,但它僅是 Valve cover 便于用戶(hù)在做變壓器整體密封試驗 接線(xiàn)盒 時(shí)使用，變壓器運行前必須其取下。 Junction box 否則在變壓器出現故障時(shí)，壓力釋放 螺釘 閥不動(dòng)作，將引起嚴重后果。

　　4.1請注意：取下鎖帽后必須確認防雨帽是否完好地安裝在標示桿上，并將保護套帶上，否則下雨時(shí)雨水浸入釋放閥，將引起電器部分損壞。

　　Note: After the lock nut is taken off, make sure the rain shield be installed well and wear the protective cover , otherwise rain will flow into the release valve and cause the electric equipment damage. 安裝有16型壓力釋放閥的變壓器，灌油時(shí)，務(wù)必請將放氣閥打開(kāi)!

　　Be sure to open the Air vent valve! When the transformer which Installated with pressure relief valve filling grease,

　　5.1 信號開(kāi)關(guān)接點(diǎn)容量應符合表6規定。

　　Contactor power of signal switch should comply with the valves in Table Ⅵ.
